Guys only note that on 23/01/2013 rapidshare website will under repair for 2 hours, so don't panic if the download has failed.And for further questions just post a comment :)
For the problem below "Download not available Download permission denied by uploader. (0b67c2f5)", try to download&install CCleaner and the problem will be solve. But of course you have to run it and scan&fix you computer of bugs and errors before trying again or it won't work!
